from what you describe your mother had 3 courses of antibiotics along with steroids and medication to help with her breathing. If her symptoms have significantly reduced, then very little will be achieved by getting an hrct, but if you feel it will put your mind at rest, you may get it done while noting that unnecessary radiation exposure is not good. As you are from delhi do there is very high likely possibility the cough is due to pollution followed by chest infection. You need to change your antibiotics (Cetil 500) and one centrally active cough suppressant like zerotuss 10 ml thrice daily for at least 7-10dys, also take plenty of water.

your BMI is very high.
I am afraid mere dieting will not help you.
morbid obesity is resistant to weight loss by dieting.
rigorous exercise is a must.
join a gym if you can and be extremely dedicated to it.
