It looks more like anxiety than respiratory problems. In severe anxiety also these kind of symptoms are common. Kindly consult a psychiatrist and get an opinion, with the blood investigation/ chest x ray and other tests done till now. All the best.

It seems your allergy is severe. Your Dr. can prescribe other stronger antihistmines like allegra and sme other group of medications like montelukast etc. If these do not help you should see an allergist who can do tests to find out what you are allergic and treat you more rationally. If you get any swelling of tongue ,throat or difficulty breathing you should seek medicine help immediately or go hospital.

Hello lybrate-user. The condition you described as having rashes and itching is called Urticaria. Urticaria is known to be associated with thyroid disorders. Thyroid parameters you have put suggests you need to take thyronorm. Consult a physician or an endocrinologist for further opinion. There are chances that your skin problems might improve after taking thyroid treatment. Levocetirizine and montelukast are safe drugs, you can continue to take them.

What is your age. 1. Do saline gargles daily.
2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected.
