For gas problem take 1/2 tsf of jeera powder +2cups of water, boil it, make 1cup decoction, add 1/4 tsf ghee in that and drink it warm. You can take this decoction twice a day. For stress add 2-2 drops of cows ghee in each nostril daily morning.
