Dear lybrate-user, if you did not conceive this cycle with extended letrozole, please talk to your doctor. It may have many reasons, like no follicular growth, or no ovulation. And sometimes even with good follicle growth and ovulation, you may not conceive in the first attempt. So please discuss with your treating doctor and plan another attempt.

Hi lybrate-user,
It looks like you may be having unexplained infertility, where in although all factor's are normal a few couple will have difficulty in getting pregnant. The best way forward would be get a detailed evaluation of both you and your partner, by a fertility specialist and try for 2-3 cycles of ovulation with tablets. If you are unable to conceive with this, the next treatment option would be an iui for 2-3 cycles. Hope this helps. All the very best.

Yes, letrozole is safe for upto 6- 10 cycles during a lifetime. None of the medicines you have mentioned cause body pain. You may take a break of a couple of cycles or fast track to the next stage of treatment.

You can take letrozole for 3-6 months as advised by your doctor. Infertility treatments are long, meticulous treatments and may take upto 6 months for conceiving. Patience and keeping calm are important.

Yes. Letrozole is taken for upto 3 or 6 cycles (different docs have different protocols. Your husband's sperm motility is low and requires correction. I would suggest you to do follicular study to trace your egg size.

In most cases, brown blood during your period is normal. The color and consistency of blood can change throughout your menstrual cycle. However, near the end of your cycle, the discharged blood is older and can be discolored. Sometimes, spotting or brown discharge occurs in the middle of your cycle, during ovulation.
