I have taken letrozole on 3 rd day of cycle and I have no periods now. I was on krimson tab for 6 months stopped last month I was planning for pregnancy this month, so took letrozole for induced ovulation and I looked upt it turns to be negative so I have no periods, not pregnant what happened to me actually? Is my upt wrong?

When was your last period n when you did upt. As it should be done 10 days after missing your periods. Or go for serum beta hcg test which is more accurate n can be done as soon as you miss your periods.
