after taking letroz tablets have to follicular scans from day 10. to track ovulation. try from day 10 to18. but follicular ultrasound will tell when youwill ovulate exactly.so youcan try on that day.

Use letroz only under guidance of your doctor try ovulation induction follicular monitoring and timed intercourse for better success.

Letroz helps in ovulation. To get menses on time there are other medications. If periods are late ,do check yourself for pregnancy

This medicine does not delay period. But here, probably you did not have ovulation after taking the medicines. So next cycle, when you will take this medicine, you should go for TVS Follicular Study
