IT is now in use to treat male factor infertility to improve sperm count. Usual once a week dosing will not cause any problem in males.
A letrozole (letoval 2.5) pill once a week can restore fertility in Male having low sperm count.

hello Neha,, your follicle size is normal,, so no issues about that,, u just stay relax and happy,, don't think much about this issue,, stay normal,, as giving much stress can cause prolactin to increase which further hampers the process of conception
have a nyc routine, read good books, enjoy your hobbies,, engage urself,,
things will happen spontaneous, u and no one has control over it,
be positive and enjoy :)

Yes letrozole is used to treat hormones sensitive tumor. That means it is a healer not a culprit to cause cancer. If you are looking for infertility medicines you might receive various medications and hormones which are known for other diseases treatment and cause. Better you discuss with your Gynaec if you don’t want to take it.
