Yes letrozole is used to treat hormones sensitive tumor. That means it is a healer not a culprit to cause cancer. If you are looking for infertility medicines you might receive various medications and hormones which are known for other diseases treatment and cause. Better you discuss with your Gynaec if you don’t want to take it.

Herhope is Transtuzumab, which is an anti Her 2 receptor antibody. If the tumor is Her 2 receptor positive, then it is recommended to give 3 weekly Transtuzumab for a year. Usually letrozole is started at 2.5 mg and it is increased if ovulation has not taken place with this dose. So on taking low dose may not cause ovulation. But this can be confirmed only through folliculometry.

Hello, Please do urine for the pregnancy test and confirm or exclude pregnancy.
If negative for pregnancy than repeat the urine for pregnancy test after 7 days once more. There are many causes of delayed periods like stress, anxiety, thyroid dysfunction, increased prolactin level, obesity, obesity and most commonly PCOS.
