Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and Take tablet Pan-D before breakfast on empty stomach for three months and always to take a gap of a week before starting it again only if necessary

You have to do mri cervical spine for diagnosis, because it may be due to cervical nerve compression and consult doctor for adequate treatment.
Lesuride have no role for this.

Hello lybrate-user, yes you can continue lesuride, it has some side effects of vertigo, sleepliness, but you can continue it if it's not bothersome. I would personally suggest you to start on capsule pan-d 40 mg, empty stomach after getting up from bed. Avoid eating hot, oily and spicy food. And tablet emeset 8 mg once a day fir nausea. Thanks.

1. Usually its given for a 4 week course. 2. Yes levosulpiride has side effects and its not safe for long term
3. Side effects of levosulpiride =headache/fatigue/increased prolactin level in blood/drowsiness/irregular menstrual periods/gynecomastia/constipation/abdominal pain and cramps/weight gain/unusual tiredness/increased salivation/fever/excessive sweating/
change in heart rate/abnormal heart rate.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2.
