Cleft lip and cleft palate are thought to be caused by a combination of genes and other factors, such as things the mother comes in contact with in her environment, or what the mother eats or drinks, or certain medications she uses during pregnancy. Hello lybrate-user. Posterior placenta suggest the position of placenta which is not common. But if you take good care there should not be a complication.
Also the cleft lip issue. Is not a major problem. But it will be surgically corrected after the delivery.
The baby will have a scar mark through out his life.
But if the surgeon is good then it can be reduced to minimum.
Also you can take homoeopathic treatment for otherwise healthy delivery and then life.

The specific treatment depends on the cause of the folliculitis. Home therapy for mild cases of bacterial folliculitis includes use of an over-the-counter antibacterial wash like benzoyl peroxide (clearisil, proactiv), chlorhexidine (hibiclens), or phisoderm twice a day.

Most plastic surgeons believe that the ideal patient age for undergoing cleft palate repair surgery is between 6 to 18 months of age (though the favored age for cleft lip repair is generally much earlier, at about 10 to 12 weeks old). This surgery usually takes between 2 to 6 hours, depending on the type of cleft palate repair your child needs.
Usually babies require several days of close monitoring after surgery. Recovery usually requires several weeks of special care.

You should never bottle feed and can feed with a spoon. You must try to give breastmilk exclusively to both children and at 4 months strat homemade semisolid foods.
