"As" per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -
1)Do a clinical examination by your Doctor [Otolaryngologist] and to confirm do [CBC with differential]
2)You discuss with your Doctor to take [Amoxycillin-500mg]three times per day for 3 days if the infection is bacterial.

There is no problem in doing gym. First of all u should change your eating habits like
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do.
2. Don't Overeat
3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is u...more

confirm the diagnosis because proofing with rapid urease test or with biopsy or with the i-scan we do here is must to confirm h.pylori induced gastritis and you say there is constipation associated which is also a significant symptom hpylori treatment is for 2+4 6 weeks treatment you can not stop in between for constipation and ?fissure take high fiber diet laxatives - syp looz 15 ml morn...more

Choose healthier fats. Saturated fats, found primarily in red meat and dairy products, raise your total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, the "bad" cholesterol. Eliminate trans fats. Eat foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Increase soluble fiber. Add whey protein.

In case you are not sure then kindly get the following tests done / redone: 1. Cbc esr gbp
2. Ecg
3. Chest x ray- pa view
this will clear your lungs and heart involvement.
