good morning... tooth paste are only used for maintenance of oral hygiene...it has an abrasive that aids in removing dental plaque and food from teeth, assisting in suppression of halitosis ....for whitening there is procedure called as bleaching but before bleaching it is advisable to first get scaling done

You have not mentioned your age, your dietary habits, your profession ,your habits and life style.
You have constipation for more than 3 months. For primary treatment --
1) change your life style, dietary habits, leave all bad habits.
2) take plenty of liquids.
3) avoid dry and bakery foods, outside spicy foods, maida flour food items, refrigerated foods.

The use of bifilac gg sachet 0.75gm is to prevent dangerous bacteria from growing in the stomach and intestine. It is also used for the treatment and prevention of rotavirus-related diarrhea in babies and kids. The sachet is also used to treat baby colic and antibiotic-associated diarrhea.
