Hi, my wife is pregnant (8 weeks running) she is 21 years. I want to know about at this time can she use "garner light complete serum cream" daily? Her skin is dry and fair. She wants a cream that will not darken her skin. Though garner mentioned it is dermatological tested, but is there any ingredients that can be harmful? If it is not suitable, can you please suggest a pregnancy-safe cream? 1) during pregnancy darkening happens because of hormonal changes and one can not prevent and should not hormonal changes.
2) with so many ingredients no one can give scientific answer as no such scientific studies exist still confirm with skin specialist.

No you should not. Take milk (preferably haldi milk) at bed time. U don't need glycol d instead take shikanji. It's much better.

hi u need to take a combination of medicines

first take much of high fibre diet

stop meat and chicken

take plenty of fluids

take tab dulcolax one tab in morning



syrup cremaffin 3 tablespoon at night with 3 table spoon of isapgol at night with two tab of dulcolax at night .

then in the next morning u will be olrite

You can take polyethylene glycol or isapgol husk at night with Luke warm water tablate neopride mps BD for 3 days if problem not solved you can go for osmotic laxative like lactose or other laxative like cremalax tablet at night all these are safe treatment try to take dinner early hrs.
