Give your child fiber rich diet and fruits I.e. Papaya, guava,and plenty of water or juice to drink. And improve his habit of deification. Encourage him to sit in toilet daily at least 2 times a day for 10 to 15 minutes. I think all this will help him to improve habit.

Your doc would have prescribed antibiotics for the infection at the local site but as we are not sure whether infection is there or not now better not to take antibiotics blindly
take laxatives ,do sitz bath and adjust your diet.

Hi. In case of kids irregular bowel movements is very genuine due to less liquid intake. Firstly give her liquid diet like pulses, soup, juices,milk should be condensed. Plenty of fibrous in diet.
