Don't worry too much about labelling of tablets as antipsychotic (amisulpride, quetiapine) or antidepressant (serta, xet, mirtaz). We are trying to reclassify according to neurochemical changes they bring about. Some of them, like mirtaz, acts on 3 different neurochemicals.
