Don't worry too much about labelling of tablets as antipsychotic (amisulpride, quetiapine) or antidepressant (serta, xet, mirtaz). We are trying to reclassify according to neurochemical changes they bring about. Some of them, like mirtaz, acts on 3 different neurochemicals. Psychiatrists use antipsychotics in depression and antidepressant in psychosis. All are for better improvement in your symptoms so that you can have a better quality of life.

I don't understand what you mean by your statement that you are not feeling well. You have not been in therapy for all these years is not a good sign.
