Both are the same one is DT, dispersible tablet, OD is once daily tablet. No difference in efficacy but only the nature of the preparation is different.

Its been a long time in depression for you and I am almost sure that you have not done any therapy in tandem with the medication. This is something highly recommended. Medication has its merits but it is a chemical way of dealing with the depression and would have had a lot of impact if it was supported by counseling too. As answered earlier, daily 300 mg of opipromol is not at all preferred, apart from this, you are taking 150 mg of lamotrigine, that is also a heavy dose, kindly consult to a psychiatrist asap, need to balance your medicines, do not take or quit medicines with out prescription,

Its highly unlikely that a psychiatrist will start anyone with anxiety disorder on lamotrigine and gabapentin. There are other better and safe medicines available in the market. Anyway, for now you should consult a psychiatrist for reassessment and to decide whether these meds can be tapered off and stopped.

no. DT means dispersible tablet but OD formulations are sustained release tab specially designed for single daily use.

probably you have been having recurrent attacks of depression more frequently. That is why your doctor has put you on lamitor. Lamotrigine is a mood stabiliser which will reduce the severity and duration of next attack of depression. It may be increased to 200 mg if you don't get desired benefit.
