May I know what medication you are taking for controlling diabetes? also please inform me your fasting and pp blood sugar level and hba1c level. These are required to let me know if diabetes is under check. Your data suggests you are a thin person, which is good, but have been like this or have you lost weight of late? I am awaiting your details.

Well you have a stent to lad. You need to take clopidrogel and adpirin regularly. Check lioid levels
control blood glucose. Exercise is good. Thymectomy (removal of thymus gland in the neck) will help to control myasthenia. Neurologist will prescribe prostigmine also. See a neurologist. Plenty of vegetables and fruits is good.
