You should take an ayurvedic enema for better result. Take 2 ltr water and boil some dashmool & trifla in it, till 1 ltr remains. In this add 5 gm salt, 20 gm honey and 50 ml coconut oil. Mix it and take enema daily. It will improve the function. Enema pot you can get in surgical shops.
