There are many reasons for delayed period and pregnancy test is negative. Get ultrasound abdomen done. If progesterone hormone was taken during last cycle for any reason, don't take more hormones. Rest of treatment depends upon report of ultrasound. Get back here with reports for more guidance.

My son is 21 months old, frequently having throat infection (even after cleaning his hands 3-4 times a day) also result in low appetite. Every time doctor suggest antibiotic having amoxycillin (125mg) + clavulanic acid (28.5mg). Pls suggest what should I do to overcome this problem.

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon. Drink more water in a day. Take sprouts and fruits. Take salad before meals. Do not take rice at night. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.
