Novaclox is an antibiotic sir, that will not work for pain management, Do Not Take antibiotics unless needed, are you allergic to any particular medicines?

I am afraid ,but have to say that pilonidal sinus needs definitive surgery and expertise to get cured. Antibiotics like augmentin may help temporarily to control the infection and give relief to some extent. However I strongly recommend you to visit a surgeon nearby and get it handled properly.
