First of all, I wud like to suggest you not to self treat acne. Wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or picking up the pimples and blotches as it further spreads the bacteria. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Drink lots of water.

I am a ayurvedic doctor, so don't know about benzoic acid. Vatrakta is compared with gout and aamvata with rheumatoid arthritis.

Mr tapash kumar, try and increase fiber content in your diet by consuming more salads, flax seeds (25 g, roasted) or fenugreek seeds (roasted or powdered). Fruits which are permitted like papaya, apple (with skin), pear and guava. Drink enough water. Normally these measures help in overcoming constipation. If nothing works then the laxatives which you are already taking.
