If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.

Hello
the treatment given looks adequate. Further, get your sugar checked as it can be a cause of folliculitis. Also wearing cotton under wear is preferred. If the itching is too severe you can increase the levocetrizine dosage to twice daily and increase the atarax application to 3 to 4 times daily.

The rectal bleeding is a different problem altogether. The cause could be piles or fissure. Some lifestyle changes would also be required. As for periods, it will come on time but a repeat usg is important to assess the present status.
