Follow these best tips to get relief from stomach pain -
*take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal.

Other than fever you having mentioned anythingh which will be difficult to treat. You can do one thingh
1. Take paracetamol 650 mg thrice a day.
2. Plenty of oral fluids
3. As its 5 days get few test in neerby diagnostics a. Complete heamogram with malaria parasie
b. Complete urine examination
c. Throat and nasopharygeal swab rtpcr to rule out covid19. Meet me in private for detailed chat with reports.

I would like to suggest you few exercises for shoulder and neck pain, which allows you to reduce pain and stiffness of muscles.
Forward and backward tilt.
This can be done while you're seated or on your feet. Keep your moves slow and smooth.
Start with your head squarely over your shoulders and your back straight.
Lower your chin toward your chest and hold for 15-30 seconds. Relax, and slowly lift your head back up.

2. Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger migraine
3. Avoid things that can trigger migraine. Common triggers include alcohol, caffeine or poor sleep.
