U can Mix Arnica Q and Jaborandi Q in the ratio of 5:3. Apply on scalp with the help of cotton. Wash hair next day. Do it twice a week.
Do warm coconut oil massage.

It may be fungal infection that is incompletly cure and reappeard every time. These are because two factors one is drugs are inadequate dose and duration and 2nd is poor hygiene.
