Male 39 yrs: had 1-2 round patches on my head on 1 on my chin. I had dandruff too. The first doctor prescribed desonide lotion, ketoconazole stay on lotion, ketorex zpto shampoo and becosules. I did this for around 3 months but no relief and patches increased. I consulted another doctor. He said it was alopeca areata and gave tacrolimus ointment, biotin tablet and ketorex zpto shampoo. Tried for 1 month and ther was not much difference and patches increased. Then he gave momerex-s ointment, biotin tablet and ketorex zpto shampoo. I tried that too for some time. Now patches are large with old patches combining. What should I do? please help.

I am suffering from skin problems and heat allergy from the last 11 years. In summers or in kitchen or in any place jaha garam ho, itching starts on my face neck ears and scalp. After that rashes ho jaati hain. Ye sab winters ma nahin hota or if I stay in cool place. I can not apply any kind of cream on my face except the medicines prescribed by doctor. Now knees elbows pe bhi problem start ho gaye hai I have consumed and applied ketoconazole, zinc pyrithione, luliconazole, itraconazole, sertaconazole, mometasone furoate, deflazacort, ebastine, levocetirizine and almost every medicines in the market. Jab tak khao thik hu. Then again same problem please prescribe my some new or good allopathic medicine or ayurvedic medicine. Becoz ab tak ayurvedic medicine try nahi ki. And any test jis se mere problem ka root cause pta chal sake my age 52 female weight 112 kgs.

I am 21 year old male and I had a dry skin and scalp for the past 6 7 years which in time lead to dandruff and then seborrheic dermatitis and eczema, flaky skin, red skin/ irritation on my face, scalp and other parts. I am getting treatments from different dermatologist since past 2.5 years and almost all of them always advised me different types of anti fungal containing ingredients such as ketoconazole, ciclopirox olamine, zinc pyrithione, salicylic acid, fluconazole, terbinafine, fluticasone etc in different forms such as shampoos, creams, sprays, tablets. Now the thing is that almost 80% of the antifungal does their work, cleans the flakes and rashes but as soon as I discontinue these products, all the symptoms and flakiness tends to come back the very next day. All of these antifungal cleans the flakes but they do not really help in stopping them from coming back. I am very frustrated right now because you can not really use tons of these every single day for the rest of your life (and you should not they have side effects). This one doctor gave me an adequate reason after the blood test was that my blood eosinophil count was higher (536) than normal range (40-440). I could really really use some treatment or advice regarding how to stop these symptoms from coming back, thank you.

Water melon juice: Prepare watermelon juice in a juicer which does not separate the pulp but converts it into semi liquid so that it can be taken as a part of juice. Experiencing truncal acne and dandruff due to hyperactive sebaceous glands. Condition is chronic and taking doxycycline intermittently.Also using benzoyl peroxide and isotretinoin cream.But it's not helping.For scalp also I have used zinc pyrithione and ketokonazole combination. I am 83 years old army veteran, about 83 years old sikh. Suffering from scalp dandruff (white scales falling while combing, redness of scalp skin, frequent itching, at times resulting in scalp skin injury/slight bleeding for short time) for the last 30 years 9 months treatment at bakson homeopathic clinic (cost rs. 14,000/-) did not help. Army hospital alopathic treatment withpropysalic (clobetasol propionate) lotion, desonide (dosetil) lotion, urea &lactic acid cream, ketoconazole lotion, scalp shampoo, candid tv shampoo, coal tar shampoo (from usa ), heads & shoulders shampoo (used for 4-5 yrs), pnatene shampoo (used for 4-5 yrs) has not helped. Now trying ketoconazole and zinc pyrithione lotion (kz plus lotion), mometasone furoate & terbinafine hydrochloride topical solution. Dandruff has resulted in thinning of hair. Preset suffering from osteoporosis arthritis and taking me ficinies like ca, coq 10, glucosamine chondroitin, bifos e5 (alendronate sodium) etc. I had undergone cabg surgery about 22 years ago and taking presently monotrate 10 mg bd, aspirin 75 mg of bp medicine diltiazem hydrochloride 90 mg tab od. Request advice to get rid of this problem.

My age is 41, I have severe dandruff and most of the time itching, damaged the skin, some times thick layers use to spill from hairs, .when I was in abroad a doctor advised to use a shampoo novaphane ds of acm lab, (composition: aqua (water), sodium laureth sulfate, dipropylene glycol, coco-betadine, acrylates/c10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, piroctone olamine, sodium lactate, decyl glucoside, salicylic acid, zinc pyrithione, polyquaternium-7, glycyrrhetinic acid, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide, sodium polynaphthalenesulfonate, phenoxyethanol, sodium benzoate, citric acid, ci 15985 (yellow 6), ci 19140 (yellow 5).).after using this shampoo I have seen moderate decrease in itching and dandruff fall, but I was happy, is there any shampoo with same composition in india.
