Don't use a cream which the baby can ingest. Pigmentation is a pregnancy change, which no cream can take away.

For increasing the amount of breast milk, you can start shatawari powder 2 teaspoons full in 1 glass of milk daily for 2-3 months. Avoid using demelan cream, as you are breast feeding.

If it actually contains 20% retinol with other ingredients as mentioned then it's a very strong peel. I wouldn't advise it to be used on face. Definitely not without an expert. Can cause serious side effects if used incorrectly.

Time taken for skin to rebound back from steroid side effects varies from person to person and it is generally from few weeks to few months. Patience is very important. Tacrolimus is an excellent medication. You can use it twice a week. Any good kojic acid cream you can ask from your dermatologist. As it is not feasible on this platform without examining your face. Because your face is sensitive now. But 100% treatable.

Hi lybrate-user. Hypothyroidism is also responsible for skin darkness. Please visit an Endocrinologist regularly. Start using Sebamed sunscreen for now. (Apply on full face half an hour before stepping out in sun and then every 3 hourly thereafter till sunset).
