Point sucral ano twice daily is often helpful. Also to sit in warm water and take a laxative. But most importantly, please visit a surgeon nearby to confirm your diagnosis, not any other disease.

Paracetamol also decrease the congestion and inflammation and can take eight hourly without any side effects
