Kofcare Am Syrup is a medicine that is available as tablets, syrup, pastilles, inhalation solution, dry powder sachets, ampules and drops as well as effervescent tablets. It is a systemically active mucolytic agent which works by breaking down the structure of mucus in the lungs and therefore facilitating expectoration. It treats acute and chronic respiratory diseases accompanied by elevated mucus production.
You should not take this medicine if you are allergic to it, if you are breastfeeding, if you ever had Stevens-Johnson syndrome, or if you are 12 years old or younger.
