Hi kashif,
before taking any action I suggest you to talk to a therapist. Get an assessment on stress and regarding your behaviour. Cbt might help you along with mindfulness therapies. But also need to continue medicine. So also get in close with psychiatric.

Mam, please see a cardiologist also. The edema can be due to the cardiac condition. Please get a Pet-CT to assess the situation of the stomach cancer. If she has omental metastasis even then she can have abdominal distention with loss of appetite. You haven't mentioned any ultrasound or CT report. 400 ml urine is enough for a normal adult. Hence she needs further investigation for us to have a clear picture.

I feel immensly sorry for all that she is suffering from. All that is you narrated is ageing issues. Multiple complaints one related to other mostly medication related. Vit d deficiency because she is not exposed to sufficient natural light. Electrolyte deficiencies due to certain medication. The cardiologist is doing there best, just follow his advise and be ready to accept the fact which are inevitable.

Not really, high uric acid is itself is not a big problem. 'Lasi' part in lasilactone (furosemide) can increase uric acid a bit. I will only worry if he had gout. Slightly higher uric acid might also be due to poor diet and exercise, rather than drug alone. Sometimes other diseases like diabetes can also cause increase uric acid. Show a Rheumatologist if in doubt. Read about 'gout and matchstick analogy' that might explain a lot of things to you.
Best wishes for your father.
