Hi if the patient has being on antibiotics for 3 to 5 days then there is no reason why the tooth cannot be extracted as we can extract a paining tooth but not an infected tooth that too in some cases .A good antibiotics coverage followed by extraction is the only option which I can see according to your description.

Alcohol and ketorolac should not be taken simultaneously as it can kick gi disturbances and erosional effect on gi mucosa. But considering your time frame of 3 hrs, the reactive potential of the the reaction due to the intermixing of ketorolac and alcohol will be minimal and hence less detrimental to your health. However you should refrain from such attempt in future. Good luck.
