Kali Sulphuricum acts well for Dandruff with yellow flakes, which are moist and sticky in nature. White Dandruff flakes dropping off are best treated with Homeopathic medicine Natrum Muriaticum. Phosphorus is a well indicated Homeopathic medicine for copious Dandruff with intense itching of the scalp .

No shampoo causes further hairloss. It can make your scalp dry but will not cause hairloss. For your hairloss problem kindly consult a dermatologist as they will need to assess the reason behind it and the pattern of hair loss after which you will be given treatment.

Dandruff can be treated with lotion and shampoo (not the commercial ones which you use). Some people have more oiliness on the scalp which then causes visible flakes that people called dandruff. There are also some conditions which present with flaking of the scalp and have to be treated properly. Do not apply oil on the scalp as it will worsen the condition. Please contact me by online consultation for proper examination and treatment advice.

Self prescription is bad. Please make sure that you take medicines only under medical advise. Itracanazole should not be taken for long. Dandruff is a chronic condition and can be only controlled. A good hair oil and some ayurved medicines taken orally and for application will help you for sure. Meanwhile you can start applying mahabhringaraj hair oil. Let me know how you feel with this,
