hello,
you should go for brisk walk 45 minutes in the morning.do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes.take 1 glass warm water with half lemon in the morning. drink warm water through out the day.take salad before meals. avoid junk food. avoid single large meal and start small frequent meals 4-5 times in a day.you need to take a balance diet plan.

1. Kali brom 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week.

Keto diet is an extreme diet where in you literally say good bye to Carbs and get max calories from Fats ( 70%) and Proteins (25%) and balance from Carbs(5%).
This is completely different from the traditional diet and food habits.

First of all, eliminate all outside food from your diet. Drink plenty of water. Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. Eat less carbs and increase your protein intake. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Exercise at least 5 times a week and 30 to 40 minutes each time.
