I am not sure what is your diagnosis, but it will be worthwhile giving all the facts and symptoms over time in greater detail and let doctor decide your medication rather than self medication.

You have to be under neurologist /cardiologist care. Kindly have regular check=ups with them--tell the above problems to them--have investigations and treatment as they prescribe. You need to be careful about the drug interactions. Tegretol (carbamazepine) can reduce levels of rozerem (ramelteon) whereas faverin (fluoxamine) can increase it. Faverin can increase levels of tegretol and that can be worrisome if not closely monitored. There are other solutions for your ocd.
