Ideally to confirm whether there is actual tubal block or not; Laparoscopy should be done. If there is a block which cannot be opened; the only option for conception is IVF.

PCOD is a disease where there is hormonal imbalance. Depending on your complaints, examination, reports and stage of life treatment differs and it also needs more time so get yourself treated with patience. Meet Gynecologist in whom you have trust as you will need to go for long time to him/her. Overweight is very common so in case you have that reduction of weight helps tremendously.

Greetings, Not long ago I was diagnosed with hidradenitis Suppurativa, and I also have a long history with acne on my face, and my back. I am 21 year old male 6'4' with a relatively healthy weight. My doctor prescribed me 40 mg of isotretinoin daily after lunch and dinner. My question is, I have seen online that there is no cure for HS, my HS is not so bad, had it for a little over a year now. How successful is treatment of HS for a person with acne and usually realy healthy person without any other diseases merely even a cold. My doctor told me that he believes I should try the isotretinoin treatment with Roaccutane (im in my 3rd week) than if that does not succeed, I should try a laser therapy that costs quite a bit of money. I am experiencing HD under and only under my armpits, my left side is a bit more active than my right side which is fairly minimal even though it is active just like my lest armpit was. I was using clindamycin for a short period which actually helped me with my condition, but after I stopped using it it continued. Are there any tips I should incorporate in my daily routines that will improve my chances of defeating this disease hygenewise (which is at a pretty hight level already), foodwise and whatever else I could do to make things a bit more promising. Whatever I can learn is extremely beneficial to me. Whatever there is, if you could point me in a direction which would benefit my state. My HS hasn't realy expanded to much since the beginning, maybe under my left armpit, but my right one is a bit more subdued, but I do think its slowly increasing, is it maybe due to isotretinoin? Anyway, any tip would benefit me greatly and I am utmost thankful for your answer. Wish you a wonderful day.

Bellis perennis, Belladonna, Hepar sulphuricum., Arnica montana, Silicea, Apis mellifica, Hecla lava, Arsenic album, Phytolacca and Lachesis are some of the common homeopathic remedies that are useful, but the remedy is given only after careful case taking. I need detailed case history to find out cause and treat accordingly. you can consult me online for homoeopathic treatment.

Lose weight if necessary.
Maintain healthy lifestyle start exercising.
