So both are same.

No, both belong to the same family. Best you get a intradermal test dose of Moxifloxacin. If there is no reaction, you could use it.

infection usually subsides in 3 weeks... if not subsided then perhaps infection has recurred or not gone,, you need to again visit eye surgeon

If the problem is too much you can consult a cornea specialist for some better treatment options as the spots due to acanthamoeba keratitis does`t generally impair vision to that extent.U have to live with it.

Yes kitmox eye drops can be used, one drop four times daily. However, if you do not see any improvement in one or two days, better to go for a proper consultation with an ophthalmologist.

Take fluid in good quantity and measure urine out put. Drink measure quantity of water and note urine output. Be cautious. Stop the medicine.

There is definite protocol of MDR treatment. Consult only senior chest physician only and no body else. To begin with 6 or more drugs including moxifloxacin is there, according to drug sensitivity report by Hains test.
