The doses of vit D for a 9 month old is completely different from adult. Calceferol satchet has 60000 units. The baby requires around 800 units per day. U should give the paediatric dose rather than calcerol satchet after consultation with paediatrician.

Both the calcitriol sachets or tablet are good and one tablet per day is enough. If sachets are used one sachet per week is enough

For vitamin d levels as low as 4, I would suggest arachitol injection of 6 lac units taken once every 15 days for 3 cycles. Follow up with the satchet later on. Also take diet consisting of ragi, fruits, milk and milk products. Add some regular exercise.

This is a sign of very low vitamin d3 levels. Suggestive of disease known as rickets. During active medication of 1o weeks. Usually exercise are not recommended as it can lead to hairline fractures. But do show your baby to some orthopedic surgeon who is trained in children's ortho problems. They can guide you for need and timing of exercise and rarely need of corrective surgery to avoid deformity if any.
