You can have contacts between 10th day of menses to 20th day because these are fertile days and also I will suggest you to have USG abdomen & pelvis on 14th day of menses I your menses are regular, for your ovulation date for this you can consult good gynecologist for futher things.

Hi Soak 10 almonds over night in water.
