These are good medicines. There is no fix duration but it is highly possible that you'll be cured within one year. I would also recommend relaxation exercises and therapy. That would be a great add-on to the medicines. No serious side effect if you stick to the dosage that has been prescribed to you.

You should consult a psychiatrist. Szetalo is an ssri, abrupt stopping will lead to withdrawal it has to be tapered or a milder medicine given and weaned off, of you are totally alright.
