No food restriction.
You can do all sort of activities. Just avoid squatting in floor and using Indian lavatories.

Initial treatment is conservative. Try:
1. Rest to affected elbow, wear a tennis elbow band. 2. Ice pack application will help 3.Medications like Cartigen DN, Tendocare and Enzomac forte will help.
4. Intralesional injections offer great help. 5. Ultrasound or laser treatment is believed to be effective in recent times.
If you do not get relief with above measures then opt for intralesional steroid injection.

4. Intraarticular injections offer great help. Local ice packs are the best alternative to traditional pain killers. You can take tab. Ultracet twice daily if you want.
Get yourself evaluated for osteoporosis and hypovitaminosis D and Thyroid issues. These are also potential pain generators.

I have not seen your MRI . If a cartilage charting shows there is a defect on the cartilage then an arthroscopy is better to treat that defect. Depending on the size of the defect the treatment is biased. The pain is only immediate. If a definite defect is there then it needs to be treated otherwise will lead to early osteoarthritis
