Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. Ideally when diabetes is well controlled fasting glucose should be < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% < 6.8.(not mentioned). There appears to be a need for upgrading the treatment plus there is need to look at diet and extent of exercise being done daily. A stricter diet control and regular 1 hour exercise can help in better control. Thanks.

lybrate-user ji, thanks for the query.
Madam, I have seen the details mentioned. It is clear that your present treatment is not at all helping in controlling blood glucose. Which means we will have to look at your dietary details, extent of daily exercise, current medications, lipid profile, bp readings and get a retinal examination done to rule out any untoward effect on retina, plus serum creatinine and urea. So my suggest...more

Is your bp, blood sugar under control. Do kegel exercises-- firstly, find the pelvic floor muscles. You can achieve this by stopping mid-stream two or three times the next time you urinate. The muscles you can feel working during this process are the pelvic floor muscles, and they will be the focus of kegel exercises.
One kegel exercise consists of tightening and holding these muscles for 5 seconds and then releasing them. Try to do between 10 and 20 repetitions each day. This may not be pos...more
