It is better to avoid artificial sweatners because they increase craving for sugar and reports published about them are not encouraging.
I think forxiga 10 alone will not be helpful in your case but will help if you add it to present medicines. Keep in mind cost factor also because you have to take it continuously for long time, though it will be helpful in weight reduction.

I have seen the details mentioned. You have mentioned about medicines being taken to control blood glucose as well as Gabapentine for controlling neuropathy related symptoms. However, necessary information like after food glucose level, HbA1c%, weight, height, extent of daily exercise lipid profile, BP readings and current dietary intake, these details are not there. gliclazide can be taken twice but only after the advice of your doctor as per need.
choosing one drug over other depends on several factors like how well the kidney is working, cardiac status or compliance. please let the doctor decide between vilda and tenligliptin and you can also discuss the same. for details kindly take online consultation

As regards the second name mentioned, I am not aware as to what is (or are) the ingredients. It will be good if you give following details like fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, dietary pattern & extent of daily exercise, plus wei...more

lybrate-user ji, thanks for the query.
Madam you have mentioned quite a few drugs, which you want to take. Even though your glucose levels are too high, it is difficult to say whether you can all of these. The treatment for diabetes is not just taking a bunch of medicines which reduce glucose. Each medicine has a specific role and based on each patients needs the treating doctor decides how to begin the treatment.
