Lybrate-user: While levosulpiride can be used for stomach acidity, it is not approved for this use. It is actually an anti psychotic medication that can also be used for depression. It is sedating (makes the person sleepy) and increases appetite.

Some of the common side effects of Levosulpiride are:

Increased prolactin level in blood
