Give him himalayas avurvedic syp gasex rather than any allopathic medicine which doesn't have any side effects. Worm infection also cause constipation so give syp bandy plus which contains albendazole 400mg+ ivermectin 15 mg. Give any generic combination at night only x3 days.

There is no permanent cure for filaria. The damage done is done. For acute attack however, a stat dose of albendazole and ivermectin is helpful. Some people also favour a tab, doxycycline course for 6-8 weeks. Meet a nearby physician to decide on which course to take.

Hi lybrate-user, itching in private parts can be due to multiple reasons, fungal infections and scabies being the most common. Also note if the itching is more in the night or any specific situation. Consult a dermatologist in your nearby area for definitive diagnosis and treatment. Also, ask your family members or roommates if they have any history of night itching or any other skin lesions.
Hope this helps.

No drug has been completely proved so far. Unlikely that this combination works as one is anti parasite and the other is anti bacterial. Whereas, covid is anti viral.
