No it will not cause any problem in future pregnancy but you have to stop it at least 3 months before pregnancy as it is teratogenic. And also if you are taking it continuously then you should have undergone some investigations like setup lipid profile and liver function test.

pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens

Acne treatment needs a combination of approach.
Please follow this regimen.
1. Apply epiduo cream in night keep it for an hour and wash your face.
2. Apply dew soft moisturizer and sleep.
3. In early morning apply clindac gel.
4. After bath apply suncote gel.
Carry on with this regimen for a month you will get improvement.
