Good evening lybrate-user. I will begin straight with the answer, yes, isotretinoin can cause irregularities in your menstrual cycles. It would be advisable to stop it for the time being. You are also breastfeeding your baby so I would recommend you to stop acutret for now. Also, re consult your dermatologist as well as your gynaecologist. There may be many different reasons for your cycle irregularities including stress, lack of sleep or proper diet in addition to other factors.

please don't self treat. The treatment of acne differs according to the grade of involvement. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts. 1. Give steam to your face so that pores open up ,take few drops of vitamin E Oil, apply this oil over the acne scar, massage the area with this oil in gentle circular motion for 10 minute or till the oil is absorbed into your skin, leave it for about 15-20 minutes and then wash it off
2.Apply Aloevera gel- massage gently over the affected area, wait for 30 minutes before washing it off.

do not worry. It is very common in your age. But you have to take some precautions. If your skin is an oily type, you should avoid oily, fried, spicy foods. Drink plenty of water.
