Depending on your age and activity level one glass of beer is absolutely okay. Beer is good to apply on your hair to increase its lustre and bounce. Drinking it has no effect on your hair.

Hello,
By modifying your behavior, first start tracking exact amount of alcohol intake on daily basis, and commit yourself to reduce the quantity. If you want to completely give it up to begin with, take a help of a doctor who will help you to deal with withdrawal symptoms.

Adverse effects of alcohol are known to occur in any person who consumes alcohol at some point in time. There are no full proof measures to prevent liver damage due to alcohol. This is because individual differences may vary. Get a detailed evaluation of your liver by an gastroenterologist to know the present status and plan for measures accordingly.
