Diabetes patients can take 60-90 ml/day. But if the patient has central obesity (excess fat deposition around the abdomen) then better take only occasionally. If you consume alcohol regularly then get your blood Triglycerides levels checked regularly (once in 4-6 months) since alcohol can cause high blood Triglycerides causing fluctuations in your blood glucose level.

Yes tinidazole and alcohol do not go well together and you might need to use alcohol, if that is so necessary after you finish your course of antibiotics that include tinidazole or just that antibiotic alone. You may have what we call reactions when you combine tinidazole with alcohol that can many times be very uncomfortable and you might even end up in the emergency room. If you have further questions or would like to quit alcohol, do call us so that we can help you.

Please consult a nearby psychiatrist in person. It's a comprehensive treatment program for management of alcohol withdrawal and craving. Just taking some pills over the counter is not gonna help rather you may end up in trouble become dependent on the pills!
