Dear,
If you have been diagnosed for the first time of TB then streptomycin is not needed. It is combination of four drugs to be taken for first two months followed by 2 drugs for another 4 months.
If it the disease relapses then streptomycin has to be taken for first 2 months and entire regimen for 8 months.
If You Are Taking only Streptomycin then It Is not the appropriate treatment. ..

Plz tell the name of all drugs you are taking. ...

Sgot and Sgpt are probably increased due to anti TB medicine Isonex Rifampicin and pyrazenamide, keep a watch they should not be more than 5 times of normal. Discuss with your doctor.
Frequent motions most commonly are due to colitis or irritable bowel syndrome. Discuss with your doctor.

In most TB cases ,patient need rifampicin, isoniazid and ethambutol sfter 2 months of intensive phase.

All TB medications should be within span of 1 hour.
Rifampicin and Isoniazid should be taken before breakfast and rest after breakfast.
