Hi
st and t waves flattening is a very un specific change which indicates myo cardial ischemia
at first you have to make it sure that the cause is cardiac
a TREAD MILL TEST should be done along with echo to find out the intensity of problem
inferior leads signify a problem in right side heart artery once confirmed if you havem mild coronary artery problem life style modification can be given a try but as I said depends on intensity of problem
thanks.
