Drink 2-3 liters water daily

Lantus is a basal insulin which means it gives a fairly same level of control over approximately 24 hrs. Ryzodeg is a combination of aspart which acts quickly to control your post meal sugar, and degludec which acts over 24 hrs. HbA1c you have given is wrong, any how both f/pp are very high, time being take inj. Novomix 30/70 morning 12 units (5mts before breakfast) and evening 8 units 5mts before dinner, check blood sugars before breakfast and before dinner atleast for three days to titrate insulin doses if below normal reduce 2 units and high increase 2 units. Maintain strict Lifestyle style modifications.

Get your hba1c checked.
Do smbg charting with glucometer.
Good sugar control can limit ed problem in most early cases.
There are certain medications like sildenafil, etc which can help in this condition. Ed can be due to extensive atherosclerosis in pelvic vessels, neural, psychitric, endocrinal etc so investigating the cause is necessary.
